What Is Alumina plate?
Aluminium foil is a high performance construction ceramic part made from high purity aluminium oxide (Al₂O₃), which is made by precise compression, casting or extruding and then controlled high temperature sintering. The final product is a compact, stiff ceramic sheet with fine grain structure, which provides an extraordinary combination of mechanical, heat, electric isolation, and chemical resistance in a planar, sheet-like geometry.
Aluminum oxide sheets are available in a wide variety of aluminium purity levels – usually between 92 percent and 99.7 percent – and aluminum oxide sheets can be designed with precision to match the cost and performance of every particular application. Higher purity grades give excellent electric insulation, surface finish, and chemistry, whereas intermediate grades offer a good balance between the mechanical and heat properties in the more affordable price points. The panels come in either a standard or a customized cut form, with a variety of surface grinding and polishing options that satisfy strict size and shape tolerances.
Used in electronic fabrication, semi-conductor fabrication, high temperature industry furnaces, and sophisticated material testing environments, aluminum foil is used in any place where it is desired to have a smooth, chemical stability, heat resistance.
